(Helpful Hints)

·      Unlock door:  Turn key to the LEFT (counter-clockwise) and push door open.  (Thumb-latch does nothing.)  Note: You may have to pull door toward you if it doesn’t open on first try.

·      Buttons on edge of door:  Bottom button keeps door unlocked. Top button relocks door – do this when leaving.  Warning: Many have been locked out of back door if top button remains engaged.

·      Internet access:  DBH. Code is 9316682069.

·      Lava lamp:  Rotary switch on its power cord. Party Ball over window plugs into an extension cord at end of bar.  Always turn these off when leaving.

·      Spotlight on back deck:  Small box under church pew has dimmer knob on top that turns on/dimslight on wall behind building for LTB. Plug in grey extension cord into the multiple outlet at the end of the pew. Always turn off and unplug when leaving.

·      Antique theater spot in the ceiling corner:  Can also be plugged into the outlet extender at the end of the pew.

·      Dehumidifier:  If an error message “FO” appears simply unplug, then plug back in, the black cord from the wall outlet. The message should then go away.

·      Television:  Works through APPLE TV (use that remote). The small SAMSUNG REMOTE(about the same size as the APPLE TV remote) controls the TV and sound bar.

·      Fireplace:  The gas is on during the winter months.  There is pull-chain hanging down the chimney to open the vent. Leave it slightly open when there is no fire to prevent accumulation of gas fumes. It must be fully open when there is a fire. The chain gets very hot when there is a fire so use a towel or gloves to adjust.

·      Bathroom Light Switches:  In the bathroom there are three switches in addition to the light switch.  These three switches are together on a single switch-plate.  Two (with slide control dimmers) are to turn on and dim the front and back room small spot lights.  The third (in the middle with a round knob) is to dim the main lights in the front room.

·      SONOS:  There is a SONOS speaker on the cabinet under the television in the bar room.  To use it download the SONOS app on your cell phone and after opening instruct to “connect to existing system”  (message may change with updates but basically something like that)
